Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–4 business days

• All other governorates: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, and official public holidays.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee is applied as follows:

• EGP 90 for orders below EGP 300

• EGP 65 for orders of EGP 300 or more

These shipping rates apply to all eligible governorates across Egypt.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt, except:

• North Sinai

• South Sinai

Failed Delivery

If we are unable to reach the customer or if an order is refused upon delivery, Rebaat reserves the right to review or restrict the availability of Cash on Delivery (COD) for future orders.

Exchange and Return Policy – ​​Rabat

At Rabat, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers, ensuring you receive high-quality games in excellent condition. Out of our commitment to your satisfaction and trust, we would like to explain our exchange and return policy:

First: Return or Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of card games and the fact that they contain openable and usable cards, we regret that we cannot refund or exchange any game after receiving it , in order to maintain the quality of the products and ensure that products that have been opened or previously used are not traded.

Second: In case of receiving the wrong product

If you receive a game different from the one you ordered, we commit to the following:

• Replace the product immediately and send the correct game as soon as possible.

• All shipping costs will be borne in full with no additional charges to the customer.

• Arrange the pickup and delivery process in a smooth way to ensure your comfort.

All you have to do is contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and attach a picture showing the product that arrived to you, and the order will be dealt with immediately.
