Second: In case of receiving the wrong product

If you receive a game different from the one you ordered, we commit to the following:

• Replace the product immediately and send the correct game as soon as possible.

• All shipping costs will be borne in full with no additional charges to the customer.

• Arrange the pickup and delivery process in a smooth way to ensure your comfort.

All you have to do is contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and attach a picture showing the product that arrived to you, and the order will be dealt with immediately.
