If you receive a game different from the one you ordered, we commit to the following:

Replace the product immediately and send the correct game as soon as possible.
All shipping costs will be borne in full with no additional charges to the customer.
Arrange the pickup and delivery process in a smooth way to ensure your comfort.

All you have to do is contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and attach a picture showing the product that arrived to you, and the order will be dealt with immediately.
